before all six confermations are done the transaction sign changes to the questionmark?!? anyone know why?

Many coins end up being fork fests when they launch the first time. What is the cause for this - overloaded nodes? Or is it something in the code?

The nodes that are working good at my end is

finally i arrived on the right fork
I started mining and another own fork was created almost instantly...coin needs relaunch and fixed
