WTB 25K Spain for 0.1 BTC (that's 200 BTC market cap valuation, very generous for a brand new, untested, unlisted coin, IMHO)

Or is this a scam launching off the success/idea of Auroracoin? its the same,, even if you want to give these to 8 millions, and there are 25 millions to be distributed....you will give only 3 coins to each person? it does not make sense.
and why do they say there are on these exchanges when they are not there?
