Not entirely. I think you just need the envision of what kind of product you want to build, then there will be advisor helping you build it.

An idea, or a business idea for that matter, is totally different from the logistics of programming and developing software. Unless the software developer knows anything about business, wherein if he can actually afford to become a businessman or business owner, I'm sure that software developer will crossover and pay someone else to do the software programming and developing instead!

I totally agree! This is outsourcing at it's best and finest. I mean, you're not just cutting costs but ensuring that efficiency and expectations are both managed accordingly within the agreed upon timeframe, that's all.
