^^

I'm not going to lie, your post makes no sense and the more I read it the less I understand. I'm guessing you do not understand the idea behind the OP.

Secondly and most importantly you need to properly cite your sources for the quotes you are using. I was on the fence about reporting you for Plagiarism and am giving you the benefit of the doubt here, only because you placed them within quotation marks. This can be done even by simply writing the person's name or the text it was taken from after each quote. I did not look any further than the second one which appears to be paraphrased, but the first is a direct quote.

The saying of the wise person says the hero,

# 1 "Learning without thinking is useless, but thinking without learning is very dangerous!"

# 2 "Men and women are two wings of a bird. If two wings are as strong, then fly the bird to the highest peak; if one of the two wings is broken, then the bird can't fly at all. "

# 3 "Whoever wants pearls, must dare to dive in the deep ocean."

# 4 "If we have a strong desire from the heart, then the entire universe will work together to make it happen."

# 5 "Write about me in black or white ink. Let history read and answer it. "

# 6 "Make this pain as a testimony that even one power has its limits. Because lasting power is only God's power. And above all is the Power of God Almighty. "

I did try and look through your post history to see if this is a systematic pattern but most posts are either a bounty or in the local Indonesian board.
That is the saying and poetry of a hero,
This means that I post poetry on the policies of a hero, indeed I have been posting on the local board indonesia,
But with my own policies and thoughts why not try posting on meta to increase knowledge about Bitcointalk, because in meta it is quite professional.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Counterintuitive as it may appear, these threads of mine are not about merit or ranking. What I am trying to do is to generate some good and interesting threads, and to promote activity in them. The merit system is working, but the rain of spam can drown good threads, and wash away the seeds. Senior members often start the better topics, and this gives the newer members a chance to learn and contribute.

You're not getting any Grin In fact, a thousand Merits is just a little thing to you hahaha.

Dont worry about me !  I just try to help new users as far i can and  if they realy wanted !

 Grin  Wink  Grin Tongue

Helping noobs never helps merit-wise (they don't have any to give) Grin.

I do agree that the heroes often get missed with their struggles to become legendary... SR to hero is also quite a big leap...

We should help legendaries too though Grin.

I'm trying to think of something that would justify the awarding of 50 merits, but I  can't

Because by the current merit supply probably there isn't.
Creating out of thin air something as valuable as topics from the old days is close to impossible.

Besides, I think you're trying too hard and your current target is not worth it.
Hero members who contribute to the forum will still get their merits, a bit slower a bit faster than others but those that deserve it will rank up one day (even me...probably... Grin).

I would rather see juniors of full members creating topics worth if not 50 at least 10, and if this would happen in the BD section, I would enjoy it even more and throw in a bit of merit as well.

The merit system is working, but the rain of spam can drown good threads, and wash away the seeds. Senior members often start the better topics, and this gives the newer members a chance to learn and contribute.

Combined with what I've said above and the current topic  Have we left "Bitcoin Discussion" board for spammers, forever?? , I often feel the urge to open a topic there but when I see how the non-moderated ones are flooded with spam and the moderated are avoided like the plague my enthusiasm drops like a stone.

Maybe it will be a good idea to start those topics yourself and reward people who really contribute rather than put a bounty for a thread that might never get popular...

Or even better, as The Pharmacist said...chill out bro !!! Grin

I think there are a ton of stuff people could do to make something useful or interesting, even worth 50 merit, it depends from the skills you have maybe, but not by that much, it's usually matter of having a bit of imagination.

The problem I see is that for some reason or another there is not much will to them, because of the same old reason, the majority is here just to make some easy money.

What do you think of the idea of having a 50 merit award project for Heroes? There are already lots of awards for members helping with forum stats, so I was thinking of something that would help members expand their interest in the Bitcoin economy. I'm a bit stumped over the project though. So many things are available already.

Well it's true there're many things but I feel if carefully implemented this idea has the potential to do good for the forum, and if the participating members get merits as an incentive I feel that's a fair deal for their efforts.

This is what I really like and why I felt this idea has the potential, because you are not trying to interpret things already done, all you need to consider is what will add more value to the forum, and which will justify the awarding of merits. I'm sure you'll figure it out good luck.
