In my opinion yes they are. Bitcoin is too old as a crypto currency. Sure, it was the first currency ever created but it does not mean that this coin should be at the top forever. I want to see Ethereum at the first place and NEO at the second.

Yes ı think now altcoins are better than bitcoin for investing because in next bull market if bitcoin reach 50k dollar it means 10x from here.
But 10x is really easy amount for altcoins in that kind of bull situation so you can invest in altcoins for better profit.

Altcoins are getting better but not better than bitcoin. There's no way altcoins will get better than bitcoin. No matter what bitcoin remains the father and king of cryptocurrency so please clear your mind that altcoins are better than bitcoin.

Check for yourself. I think by that time you will come back and answer the question by yourself. But presently, I don't think there is any altcoin that beats bitcoin.

I dont think altcoins are better than bitcoins because altcoins are falling faster than Bitcoin  in a relatively short period of time.  Even though Bitcoin struggle from 6k to 8k but Bitcoin was able to hold its value better than other coins.

In terms of long term profit, altcoins are much more advantageous.Because they lost too much value in the bear market.

Altcoins have fallen in price much more than Bitcoin. And when everything returns to growth on the Altcoins, you can earn more.

looks like it for now, but whenever you're buying alts, keep your risk management in check, because if btc starts dropping below yearly lows they are going to get rekt

I can't say altcoin is now better than bitcoin, in fact bitcoin in my opinion is the best crypto. with the market community, and the value that is unbeatable by other altcoins I think. altcoin moves based on the development done, but bitcoin is the one who can move the market. when bitcoin moves down it can make all altcoin assets also move to follow it.

Bitcoin is better and this is why. During 2018, Bitcoin was the only coin that did not lost more than x5 from the highest price. So we can mention, that Bitcoin was only of the most stable crypto currencies on the falling market.

Bitcoin is still the most preferred cryptocurrency, this is so because bitcoin is actually working and is indeed an alternative to cash and the feature of bitcoin is the best decentralizedcryptocurrency feature there is!

As of now, there's no coin that is better than btc so most still prefer btc as investment. Others choose altcoin to invest because of it's low price and they are taking the chance of "what if the price goes up as to where those leading coins right now". That would be a big profit, buying coins at a very cheap price then selling it at a decent price.

Bitcoin also fell in price is not enough. But at the moment, volatility is more in the Altcoins, so you can make good money on them. Bitcoin is more stable and will surely give a good profit in the long run.

Currently, it is more promising to invest in the purchase of altcoins, since they can show a sharp increase in the current market. However, in the portfolio you need to keep a structure in which there is room for both Altcoins and Bitcoin. Still, Bitcoin remains the king of the market and proportionally affects the prices of most coins.

If you see that the price of bitcoin is far superior to any altcoin and again about the quality of the coin, bitcoin has a very high quality than the altcoin, so it can be concluded that bitcoin will still be better than altcoin at any time

Most of the altcoins lost over 90%. A lot of them aren't supposed to have any value at all. Invest only in those with a solid project, actual development and good teams such as 0x Project.

With the price of bitcoin continuously going down, do you think that altcoins could be better right now than bitcoins? I trust that bitcoin prices will still rise perhaps next year, but with the price still going down, maybe altcoins have a better chance. What do you guys think?

I support a lot of altcoins but I don't think it has a good chance of dethroning Bitcoin, not in the next ten years, the price chart on coinmarketcap can prove that Ethereum although strong still needs a lot of update ripple is not in the league of Bitcoin as it is centralized.

I completely agree with you! I think Bitcoin has no rivals in these 2 years! However, there're many projects which may replace Bitcoin, if their technologies develop in the right way, and, at the same time, the development of ETH and BTC gets behind.

At the moment accomplishing deal is usually hazardous with the bitcoin selling price to dispose of. Although for anyone who is beneficial with deal in comparison with it is simple produce some profit when it reaches this dispose of year. I recommend people for anyone who is beneficial with deal in comparison with complete deal with all your bitcoin in any other case subsequently simply just store ones coin. At this point My business is seeking to invest in far more altcoin having the Bitcoin. Stratis, Lake in addition to Npxs is usually the most liked coin in addition to I acquired lots without a doubt when it reaches this dispose of year. If you wish you can acquire these coin.

I thinks it's not better or worsy stuff. Altcoins mostly depends on Bitcoin. So if Bitcoin goes down then all the altcoins goes down too. So I think there is not much reliability in altcoins than in a Bitcoin. Of course you can buy some of them but I'm telling you: if Bitcoin goes up they will go up too. If down – they go down too. Buy it on your own risk.
