We might be thankful that all the declining trend had stop and even recover a little bit but it is not enough to compensate for many losses it made.

That's right,  we came into like these for almost 1year and the price now we're looking good. 
We saw also that ETH were almost taking over Ripple and I hope it could be in the 2nd place again. If Ethereum will back into it's place,  definitely a lot of ICOs will succeed.

it is true that even though bitcoin is decreasing in price it does not mean that people do not want to believe in crypto anymore, because now is the opportunity for them to enter to invest or trade in the long run

I hope you would be knowing the bitcoin or crypto are highly volatile and do also know that it is risky but rewarding and one needs to have patience to make money from it. If some one is lucky then can also make money in short term as well else you will make money but not now but later.
