i think because bitcoin still downtrend and many crypto going down too
so if bitcoin in $2000 maybe eth back to $10 but i don't think bitcoin can fall $4000 for this year

The current price of ethereum is very low, at over $ 170, which is the lowest level in 2018. Although investors are quite disappointed, some people leave it but from my personal point of view it still has huge potential. The next update is very promising and if it succeeds the value will skyrocket

This is really bad situation and many people worried about the price of ETH. But i think ETH will not falling down until below $100. Due to it's very low and so trouble situation, i still believe many people have big faith with ETH. So they will buy ETH for sure and ETH will raise again. 2018 is not the end of ETH, just believe and buy as you can.

When most ICOs are scams, no one wants to buy them so few people use ETH, and even more, those who keep ETH from the ICO are selling out large amounts of ETH as the ETH is dying.
