if the ether price becomes 10$ I believe we see a total crash in market as well because ether is considered some of the most stable coins and as a queen of the crypto so it will affect the whole market for sure.

Not already affects the market, when BTC and ETH experience drops in value many ICO target dates adjusted even trading values affected. Everything that happens in that two big crypto affects the market.
