A decree has been signed that permits the existence of cryptocurrency exchanges and other activity surrounding the industry.

If this news is real,it will make some positive changes in bitcoin world.We know the price of bitcoin is struggling in 6200-6300$ now. These news are everywhere on the internet and the most amazing part is one of my friend who is not affilated with cryptos in any way asked me about this since the news of two countries suddenly legalizing cryptocurrency in there country has surely built up a lot of interest in him. The first news was falsified because of the difference in the dollar exchange rate in Iran "just as in Venezuela." This difference in price has led to a rise in the price of Bitcoin. You can read more here[1].
The second is the approval to set up platforms to impose more taxes.
