I honestly think that the recent bull market will never be the same as before, since most people who have invested in cryptocurrency are already aware of the risk and it might take time for other people to notice cryptocurrency again since the market is not really that eye catching to new investors. It's already too late to cut loss if you bought it during first quarter of this year. It is better if you wait for a bull market than to sell it early. Because the big players are not going to lose their bitcoin deposits and will now manipulate the market of altcoins, raising the price of one and the other.
