My advise if you have free money and lots of patience, then it is time to buy! Hold it at least couple of years and see what happens! Remember you will never make a loss until you sell what you own! In the short term we are probably aiming at 4400 dollar level, but in the medium term my target is 12500 dollars, hopefully we will reach it at the end of the year. And if you wait even more, the price to aim for 2019 is 28450 dollar, so the choice is up to you

Don't be scared at all, just try to be optimistic. If you decide to buy I don't see anything bad in it because all coins are very cheap now and when the bull run happens then there will be huge gain on what you bought during dip.
