After three months of your thread, Ethereum is still the most widely talked topic here and many ICO are still using Ethereum smart contract, unfortunately, the price is not attractive anymore, people mostly these ICO developers are dumping coin and investors are slow in buying Ethereum at this point of time.

For the past two years most of the altcoins discussions were about ETH as the price increased and it was going to overtake BTC. Now that the value is going down of course there are a lot of talks. There are still more than 3 million Ethers in ICOs' bags I think the price is going down more as they sell them for their expenses.

I do not think they will sell them now, if you sold them at $ 500-600. Of course there are projects that sell but not too many.

Yes ETH is slowly losing its dominance and reputation, the main reason for the downfall of ETH could be the scam projects which played a vital role of the dump.

It could not be considered as the main reason but the correct reason is almost 85% of tokens in the market are using ethereum as the main platform and that creates a lot of noise about ethereum. Because any discussion about ico will be related to the ethereum platform too.
