You can use binance kucoin forkdelta idex and bibox. These are really safe exchanges.
Binance kucoin and bibox are centralized exchanges.  Idex and forkdelta are decentralized. Please use coinmarketcap website to see your tokens.
and you can learn from there which exchanges you need to use for that spesific token.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Not all tokens are displayed on the website of the coinmarketcap, therefore I advise you to find out in the chat telegrams about which exchange you trade at.

I'm new, and I wanted to sell my tokens. Advise me of sites for the sales of tokens. Where is the big turnover? where is the easiest to sell?

Obviously a specified exchange on which the team behind the project have chosen to list should do the magic. Thou, people have devised some other means to go about, like selling hand to hand, selling on an exchange is still the best option. Buddy! Do not be cajoled by anyone into selling hand to hand, it's too precarious.
