According to the bitcoin experts and to other rumors there is a really a big possibility that we could a chance to have a global currency in the near future. But I think that would not happen on this generation. But since it is still a rumors and speculations we still need to wait what will happen tomorrow especially nowadays, most of the government hate decentralize system.

The very of idea of this happening is actually quite scary to think of.   I guess it is possible in a scenario whereby there is a worldwide alliance/cooperative government.   A kind of the current European Union kind of thing where the Euro is adopted. Between a few countries, it isn't so bad but worldwide is a completely different thing.   I doubt very much that some countries would even welcome such an idea because it would certainly put some countries at massive disadvantage, whereas the old school club of countries would stand to gain far more than the rest.

The time we are now may just prepare a pathway for one global currency. Bitcoin may just be the global currency with time. But I don't think it will ever be fiat.

I think this coin should be presented by Global monetary fund or some organisation that can make public but offer to other countries that they can use this digital currency if they want to like a additional or electronic version of currency that can also be traded like a normal fiat but online on banks or like a normal paymenet method

It is possible I believe. People everywhere are talking and aiming of having a one world government and if this one world government happens I believe there will also be a one global currency. As to if it will be fiat or crypto, both are possible and most probably crypto.

I think digital USD like USDT/TUSD/whateverUSD could be the best alternative for fiat money - it stable and in the same time you can stay in the shadow transferring money. Yes it is not a real crypto as was idea behind but we are already too far from satoshi's idea anyway

I am believe it will happen in near future. We are already in the world that internet connection getting more faster and every people using internet. If cryptocurrency getting more popular, people will using crypto for daily needs

its possible for cryptocurrency used to pay daily needs,but its impossible for to be global currency.there were many interest from each country especially from superpower country that would not let it happen.they worry about their account balance if crypto used as main global currency.

absolutely not. You should not be so confident in the beautiful future of Cryptocurrency. You should know that it's just an electronic currency and it has the utility of transferring money at high speed. In addition, it does not carry any meaning at all. I need to emphasize that it is a TRANSFER TOOL TO MONEY!

Yes, this platform is very helpful to different countries but there won't any global currency because each country has different rules and regulation and surely it will damage their economic growth. Blockchain will be implemented for different sources in order to increase their economic growth.

If you consider Bitcoin as a world currency, then in this case all countries become equal conditions, there is no central currency issuer, there is no organization that could block transactions and arrest accounts, all countries have the opportunity to purchase Bitcoin on the exchange in the amount in which need to. This scenario guarantees equality of rights for all states using Bitcoin.

In my thoughts as well in the whole world having only one currency is not very easy, each country has their own currency, but to be honest I really want that we could see bitcoin only currency as global currency, because it will make the countries closer to each other in world there will be great peace, we let’s hope for the best as we only can try and pray to have these changes in our surroundings.

I hope not, because if there is a single currency then that means there is only one government around the world, that is going to mean that whoever that does not like you and it is in a position of power can take away your ability to trade and survive in that society, that is really a world I do not want to live in and I really hope that something like that never happens.

"Rule"? How can you say that dollars are ruling the world? Do you know that US has a lot of debts? It may be a good country but it has a lot of debts. The reason US dollars are always involved in trading or investing, it is because US dollars is the most used or traded fiat currency. It is not ruling the world, peoplr are just used on trading this fiat so they just this currenc y as the basis or the value of crypto currencies. Also, if that is the ruling fiat, that shpuld have the most expensive val of all fiat, but it is not..

One global currency has few chances to exist. Each state practically has its own national money and they will never refuse to use it, since this money interacts with the economy of this state. Since each state has its own economic interests and these are interesting for different states differ from each other, the adoption of only one currency for general circulation both within and outside each country is unlikely. At the same time, one global currency has a chance to circulate just like an international currency.

We have bitcoin that is already acknowledge globally and it is the dominant crypto in the crypto market. However, if you mean a centralized currency or a real money being unified for all the people around the world then that clearly won't happen. This will only create trouble from countries because of its differences and cultures around the world.

This is why as we go through the technology era, never it has thought to create a single fiat money to be use globally. But, a decentralized currency could make it happen in the form like bitcoin.

But still most of the countries are not accepting bitcoin as legal currency. There is a possibility if we all can unite around cryptocurrency and project Bitcoin. It is certain that any global currency has to be in digital form like Bitcoin we already have. It will surely make sense.
