Bitcoin itself is something that had provided financial freedom to many people even many have taken crypto as profession in terms of livelihood.
Bitcoin/blockchain is something many of us put our trust and that's the main reason.I had always considered btc to be more secure and profitable than other banking or investment.People who had seen and gained a little profits from btc and who believes in the technology will always always stick to btc no matter how stagnant and worst market seems because ups and downs are a major factor which keeps its interesting and going.
With each passing day scammers and fake exchanges and many other things are coming up so wee need to be very safe.

This happens because many people do not really understand how the market works, they have the mentality that just because something that is slightly better comes out they need to buy it and replace their old device with it, but when it comes to some technologies things are not like that and bitcoin is one of them, in fact bitcoin being the oldest cryptocurrency gives it a lot more credibility because we know that is not going to disappear overnight.

Bitcoin and crypto is here to stay.  It's a governments wet dream to be able to track every purchase you make.  Don't think for a second they are not going to use this technology.  Is Bitcoin their tool?  It is already to a certain extent as you buy Bitcoin with dollars and they print the dollars.  It all depends if they want to co-opt Bitcoin or have their own crypto.  To me it would be much more advantageous to co-opt Bitcoin as it's already hugely popular.
