The only way to win in gambling is if you enjoy the game, simple as that.  You will lose every time if the only reason you play is for money, thats my take.   My ultimate reasoning is your health far out weighs the purely numbers of monetary concerns.   If you gamble enjoy it, relax a little and can walk away from tables with a loss without major regrets just having appreciated the experience and chance of riches then you are good.  
   Obviously if you went and did something like sports it could be argued its a healthier past time, however I'd also be wary jogging in traffic like I see some do or theres always gym fees and costs and a negative to just about any activity.   You can win in gambling just like you can do better in life by finding a reason to enjoy what you are doing, pretty simple take but think I'm right.   Of course a lucky win is nice bonus

House edge is normal but for me the reason why we lose in gambling is the frequency of us gambling. Let us just say that we won five consecutive times, do you think we will stop gambling? My answer is no, we would still gamble until we lose.

Yes, we will not stop gambling because we want to make a big win again and again. That will make us play more because we expect that in the next round, we will going to be the winner again. But the truth is we will going to lose in the next round, and they will get our win money back. But if we can realize that what we win is enough for us and we decide to stop gambling, then I think we can save that money, and we can leave the places without any problem.

Human greed is really difficult to control. We are not easily on what we have so we crave for more. We think we are lucky when we are having winning streaks on gambling but when we start losing we try to recover it until it's all gone.

True, greed is very hard to control that is why many gamblers became addicted, I think the common mistake of gamblers is that they don't make a concrete plan or strategy when it comes to when to stop, some may have but they tend to forget it because of the want of getting more. Normally in gambling you will win the first few sets of games but the longer you play the lesser chance of winning so it is better if you have a plan or self control to avoid big losses.

It is confusing.
