IMHO, there must be several points of view. On the one hand, the limitation on the number of members in the forum + the merit system should increase payments. On the other hand, the market is not in a better position now, many campaigns do not collect money at all.

First of all, bounty hunters is not a job but people who work to do bounty campaign. Bounty campaign is the job that goes with bounty hunting and these is the tasks that must be accomplished in order for bounty hunters to earn.

If we do bounty activities according to the rules, and also give the best thing so that a project reaches the expected target, this will bring something more than just a side job. I agree with this, bounty hunters gives everyone who don't have a diploma or a college degree to work with a different tasks but the bounty should consider the payments of every task that they will do it is because not every project will give an instant payment some of them is after the ICOs.

for me i think i did not consider it as a main job and the main income of the people because, first bounty campaign is takes long period of time and the income is not fix and its not good to become a main source income, so thats why become a bounty hunters are just an additional income.

It's not easy to succeed when trying to get paid from promoting ICOs, especially for newcomers. It requeres time and knowledge, looking at the current market situtaion I would say that bounty hunter is not a bad side job.

It's a tough job now, some effort weren't paid off, some accomplished task were not rewarded and worse is there is a time we choose a failed project. There is more risk now unlike before. But we can really say that many still able to earn from it that it can consider a real job now.

Yes, I only join signature campaigns and it doesn't take a lot of time. I can do it in my free time to get an extra income. However, if we join many of campaigns and use multiple account, it can take the whole day.

My position is a bit different: if you get the money for your activity, if you spend time doing Bounty tasks, and if this business needs a lot of your effort, this is a job. I know guys, who gave up their permanent jobs for these projects.
