Scamming has existed right from the days even before cryptocurrency came into existence. This is why we must protect ourselves from scams and secure every of our assets that we are holding so that we won't fall prey

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

Due to the increased popularity of cryptocurrencies, there has been an increased number of scammers both in terms of ICOs and in social media. You would find "official" representatives that would "propose lucrative deals" in the name of the legit company. There is only one result as a consequence - you losing your assets.
Thus, always keep in mind that real official channels of communications work. Also, if you see those posts in social media promising returns without a legit background (a.k.a. a full-blown platform) is a sure way to lose money. Creating bots on Facebook, Twitter, and Telegram is quite easy these days. Make sure not to repeat mistakes that others made before you https://www.cryptocointrade.com/
Not to mention mining pools and app scams going on right now. Some of the Facebook groups that were excellent in terms of trading discussions now turned into scam marketing sites.
Scammers will not gone they are always there to scam the people. When it comes to money many people attract to do bad things instead to do a good thing. That's why we need to be vigilant in crypto world because scammers is everywhere wait to people they want to be their victim.

In every market and In every industry they will always be a scammer. So its not new to us people that scammers will go to cryptocurrency because in this present moment crypto is booming and it will stay forever because it will bring change to society. Many people trick by scammers simply because scammers give them assurance that there is no risk you take if you invest to them even if every investment has no assurance and the risk is part of the investment. We are blinded by the assurance that our money will make more money even there are no risk on it.
This is a big problem for investors. There are thousands of cryptos in the market and most of the new coins which are anonymous and not listed in exchange are scams. It is very difficult to know the scammers. Crypto is based on internet and that’s the big reason that it is not pursuable. Some people introduce new ICOs and when they receive no funds they ran away.

I actually think that we have decreased in numbers of scammers because crypto is decreasing in popularity right now! Many of good ICOs are not even reaching their soft cap so there are not a lot of investors left to be scammed! When market recovers and prices go up again they will be back also!

Can't avoid this and i think until cryptocurrency become popular the number of scammers are increasing
And not only the scammers increasing also a vitctims of this bad ways of earnings
And this have a bad effect for cryptocurrency reputation
I advise to all people to avoid become a victim of scammers do not trust, olease investigate amd study the project before  investing the project offers
All are true but no one is perfect in the world. So we must protect ourself and do not blame other peoples. In current scenario peoples are earning bad way but many bounty campaign also cheating so no one is truly survive in the crypto platform.
It is not like that, all people are not true now we are discussing crypto world then I will talk regarding it and things happen in it. Scammers are more in numbers and they perform different activities and trap you inside their fake communications so you need to be well aware of these things. A lot happens on Facebook, you will meet unknown friends as they pretend they are real traders but they are actually fake.

Lol, you’re talking like you’ still a noob. Scammers are always increasing, and the worst of it all is that these scammers don’t only have one platform, only one person can create up to ten platforms and using it to scam hardworking people.

If you calculate it, and let’s say we have about ten of them that are doing such, that means we will have about a thousand platforms that are owned by scammers. It is more than that, I just have an example. So you just have to do your best and avoid them as much as you can.

To mention, some of the projects that are out and those who are conducting their ICO with no real blockchain implications are just here to gather funds for their company or themselves going to be a SH*TCOIN in the future or a runaway scam.
You know scammers are everywhere in the market of cryptocurrency but also in the traditional markets you will also be scammed if you are not aware of things. So all this depends upon you if these things are known to you then you always go for safer things like highly rated by people then there will be no chances of scammers. Social media is also filled with scammers and internet sites are also so be careful and consider it important for a better result.
Scammers will always be everywhere and even before we started even hearing about cryptocurrencies, there have always been scammers all over the internet, and it is left for you to be able to know how to stay secured and be ready to identify a scam when you see one.

The increased number of scammers is always as a result of increased number of gullible potential victims and as long as they keep remaining, there is always the certainty of not seeing scam subside unless people start getting themselves aware of the situations around them and how to manage them.

With the advent of new ways of obtaining a relatively fast profit there are also scammers who are always where the big money is poorly protected. Each investor himself affects his result. If he has poorly studied the project in which he invested, or did not take care of protecting his wallet, as a result of which he lost all or part of his money, then he will have a lesson and experience for which he paid.

Because of the anonymity, its getting easier for scammers to scam and run away with tokens. There are hundreds of scammers on twitter and facebook who claim to be the officials from one or the other projects and claim that they will get you big discounts in ICO's. All of them are scammers.

I encountered a lot of scammers and if you are new in crypto or if you don't have any idea about it, you will be easy to scam, that is why we need to wise everytime and everywhere, to avoid those scammers.

One solution for that avoiding scammers to show up is, we should stay away from them and avoid dealing transactions with them. Although we're vulnerable of their attacks, but it depends on us to determine their tactics but being vigilant could prevent that to happen.

Of course, you should not believe such "representatives". And anyway, if it's about money, then no one can be trusted. Be sure to check all the information through the official channels of communication or on your own in the Internet. Scammers take advantage of the insecurity and laziness of newcomers, who often themselves are to blame for being deceived.
Newcomers! I want to appeal to you. Now spend your time on self-study trading in the crypto market. Read how to avoid cheating. And never trust your money to anyone. Any purchase and sale should be exclusively your choice after analyzing the overall market situation and currency.

There were and still are the same topics discussed over and over again. I've seen this so many times and why would any one be surprised if there are a lot of scammer on the net, they always have been lurking, now there's a better catch so why wouldn't they be getting more popular?

Yes, it in increasing enormously now-a-days. We need to prevent all with together otherwise this forum will be flooded with fake people. They already spreading here. We just need to identify them with specific reasons. If we don't do that then the number will increased more.

3 years ago there's a lot of scam sites out there that promised to double your money, that was 3 years ago and its easy money for the scammers taking advantage of those who are not familiar with Bitcoin yet. Nowadays they are taking advantage of those who are not familiar with ICO's that's why they switched to ICOs. People think ICOs can make them rich over night.

The fraud I see is quite common. Even the leaders of so many big groups do the same thing. They hugged the members of the group and gave all the contacts. There is no law that protects people from fraud so it happens every day.

I think it's not only in crypto but in the internet area it's very vulnrable to commit fraud and robbery, so I would really ask you to be more careful about any threats that you might get such as phishing sites, ponzi, fraud / scams, hacking and so on, secure your wallet well and don't be fooled by the criminals

yes right now there are indeed many scammers using the official Facebook official website even though it's fake. Scammers are now very clever to make everything like the original not just about ico, same with the market, too many of the same things happen. be careful before investing because there are so many scammers now

Not a new thing, but it will always be comparable to the addition of crypto enthusiasts, not only in ICO also on websites that prepare investments with the promise of more profits. It will happen sooner or later, but if you have time for wd before, then you are lucky

This scammers are generally all those who starts a new ICO. Majority of them is considered to be a scam sort because they will get the funding form the investors but their coin will either not get listed or will fall drastically in some time only on listing and they will sell their position and get exit.
