We all need better BTC as crypto market is fallen. Like genesis is for sure doing worse when hashflare. Don't know what to expect
Like I'm note sure if things are getting better, well, BTC trend is positive, BUT it's keeping up really slow. Is it a good sign? Hashflare needs better BTC

Great! To be honest, I thought you'd never come back! What are your plans for the near future?

Me 2
But apparently things are getting better. Maybe they solved their main problems and now they have time to communicate with customers

Whole crypto industry needs better BTC! Hashflare is not the only one who suffered.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Hi, hahsflare!
What documents do I need to send you for verification?

Hi, guys!

We accept the following types of government-issued documents: passport, national ID card, and driving license. You can find all of the relevant information on how to successfully pass verification in our FAQ article here.

Nice to see you again! I hope this means that you will be more client-oriented now

We value our clients and believe that there should be more opportunity for discussion and communication, hence our return to the forums. I hope that this will be beneficial and helpful to both parties.

Glad to see you here Hashflare, hope you gonna post some news and answer our questions cause you didn't talk a lot lately.

Just keep posting the questions and I will be more than happy to answer them  Smiley

Hello Hashflare Team,

When mining will become profitable again? What is the value that Bitcoin needs to reach in order to resume the mining process ?

Hi!

BTC would have to be over $9200 with the current mining difficulty in order for payouts to become greater than the maintenance fee.

Just 9k, everyone told me at least 11k for good profit. Anyway, this all seems like faraway dream now Grin

Guess the information I previously provided was a bit outdated... 10k is the price for payouts to become positive again at the moment.

Thanks for the quick response! It seems you respond here faster than on Facebook. Or do these social networks lead by different managers maybe?

Yes, they are managed by different people - my colleague is in charge of social media, such as Facebook and Twitter, while I communicate with our users on forums.

I wish that could be easy to just put BTC back by higher demand or supply. Any trend on that from hashflare?

Big institutional investors could help but seems like they don't plan it any time soon.

Indeed, institutional investors may help BTC recover. Unfortunately, we do not have any means to make that happen, as we are also market players and not market makers and we cannot influence global factors that form profitability.

Well yes, institutional capital could possibly provide new era, so called crypto spring

Would be awesome cause crypto winter has been too long! I vote for 2019, hope things will change next year)

Likewise!

My colleague usually replies very quickly as well, maybe she really did have her hands full. In terms of social media and forums it's just the two of us.

We can't really give any comments on other services for reasons of courtesy and professional ethics, but they all have different business models and operate in their own way. We are constantly looking for different ways to improve our services, but the market situation plays a very significant role in terms of what we can do to improve our own services as well.

I've heard only about problems Grin Thought all cloud mining services are in trouble actually.

These are not the best times for crypto. Hopefully, the market will recover soon.

So why does kyc procedure take so much time??

The amount of requests that we have received is very large and it will take some time for our KYC specialists to process them all, but they are working as hard as they can to process them all as soon as possible.

Fix btc rate somehow Hashflare Grin Grin Grin We miss our profitable contracts!

If we could do that, then we probably would have, but unfortunately, we cannot affect the price of BTC in any way, so let's just hope that BTC will start growing in October like it happened last year.

Of course you can't) Obviously it's not a big department, you should hire more people to make it faster. Verification takes more than a month, crazy. I know it's not your responsibility, I am just saying that many people lose trust in you just because of slow work, I consider future mining with you when btc hits good level but I would like to see that you do sth and try to regard our requests faster.

Actually the majority of price predictions are positive. I tend to trust crypto experts so hoping for recovery as well.
