2. For more than three months now, my balance has been standing still because the maintenance and electricity fees are “eating up” all of my earnings. For how much longer will this go on?!

This issue has definitely been the most painful one. The main reason for that is the steadily growing mining difficulty and you can find the graph displaying it here, for example.

The Bitcoin network difficulty has been decreasing since 2018 OCTOBER 18, and continues to decline (as can be seen in the graph you referenced)..

The bitcoin network difficulty has been decreasing, yes, but the bitcoin price drops. If there is real mining behind them, still they won't be able to sustain profit for their investors because a bitcoin's value is lower that previous months

Nothing but a bunch of lies from this wanker mark and his gang. There is no real mining behind this ponzi, only investments in russian mafia and support from a corrupted politician for the entire hashcoins company.
Someone from london check that address and you markovski should watch your back and look over your shoulder everyday while on streets you never know when someone needs an information to help him. Grin
There are many complaints on internet about hashflare and on some forums hashflare has been already declared scam. I will keep searching ,find and join them.

Yes, difficulty has been decreasing lately, but the original post was made in September when difficulty was still on the rise. And despite the difficulty dropping, the current price of BTC negates any positive trends it might bring.

You have once again failed to provide any sort of evidence, debunk any of the facts that I have laid before you, or come up with any kind of counter-argument. Instead of that, you resort to threats, insults and conspiracy theories. If you do not have anything constructive to say, then I would suggest you not to write anything at all.

Hashflare should make a transparent documentation about the number of all miners including video. Hashflare is suspicious to be indeed a scam and not back all contracts according to actual mining hardware. And announce your electricity price, easy: just be transparent.

There is certain information that the company considers confidential and would not disclose (in this regard - electricity prices), while electricity and maintenance fees have always been mentioned on our homepage in the contract description, among other places. Videos and photos from our data centres have also been published multiple times, as well as the article which talks about our hashpower, which we lent to our clients.

Have you received a reply from support?

Merry Christmas! Could you please tell how the support will work during the holidays?

Seasons greetings! Everyone was on holiday during Christmas and will also be unavailable on New Year's Day.

Dear Hashflare, I hope BTC mining will return. It would be good and also fair for us, that we invest a lot of money in the packages of SHA 256, that the time of the contracts be extended, including those contracts that have expired, since like you, we are also victims of the price fall of bitcoin. That gesture will not lose customers and will speak well of you and return confidence in the company.

At the moment the service is not planning to extend any contracts.

Yes that there is big queue?
according to this threat there shouldnt be,
BTW still not KYC:d

There is still a considerable amount of verification requests that have to be processed, though not as many as there were initially. You will be notified as soon as your documents will have been checked.

Yeah,Kinda feels stupid that u wanted this same exact info when i had lost my 2-fa key to account,And hadnt logged in after 11-2017 then you give me acces to account on basis of documents i provided ID,Selfie with ID,ETC. Now i have to wait a lot more even though i now have acces...based on a "KYC"

In order to pass KYC, the documents have to be submitted via the KYC system from your account. It is integrated into our system and as we cannot submit the documents that you have previously submitted from our end, it has to be done by the user himself.

Jaslak about 10k requests still need to be processed, which are being verified by our KYC specialists. The number of requests received was very high and it is a lengthy process, but they should all be processed in the next 1.5 months, give or take.
