I prefer putting most of my money to cryptocurrency rather than put them to sleep in the bank. Using cryptocurrency, it gives you full control to your funds and will give passive income when the price goes up but will also gives you misfortune if you don't handle it well. Hard wallets are created to protect your cryptos against scammers and it all depends on you how will you protect your funds against them. Hiding your money on a bank is not a bad idea but you are only limiting your money to a potential income since they only offer 3% to 5% ROI a year which looks like a fraud to me.

Bank and Crypto have a different function for me, I prefer bank to save my money because I believe it is very secure in any form of theft, it has insurance to cover up any untoward incidents unless otherwise losing it with your own fault while crypto is for profit or loss, the money I put in is like making a bet because of the volatility nature of crypto, generally I consider bank for saving while crypto is for investment, so I need both of them.

it is two different things because when put your money in bank, they are safe but they can not give us a profit but on the other hand, when you invest your money in crypto, they can give us a profit by trading but high of risk at the same time. so you can choose what's best and serve a lot of benefit for yourself.

I would love to use crypto rather than banks. We are all aware of bank issues these days. Some of them are not giving us a security when it comes to keeping our earnings. I would prefer to store my earnings in crypto because through it, I would be able to have a good profit out of my investments.

Right now I would really choose crypto over bank a lot of inside jobs are happening on banks in crypto I am holding my own money by storing in my own cold wallet of hard wallet and will make sure that my wallet are secured all the time.

I don't think the choice between bank and crypto is a matter of preference. I believe it's a matter of practicability of the two, they both have areas of use and currently one can't substitute the other.
