CHANGELLY - Illegal exchanger from RUSSIA with FAKE team

I have never used Changelly and after reading this (and other threads) have no plan to.

I guarantee that as soon as I see another banner, I will not to consider you a person who acts in his own interests, trying to look respectable.

Now I want to know how you intend to act if the exchange unexpectedly returns you coins, completing the investigation? I do not think that you will pay for advertising your message, where you will spread this news. In addition, all your trolls are unlikely to do the same.

So, I wonder if I can consider you a man of honor, who spending money on exposing "scammers", or just a man who is ready to spread nonsense because of his own selfish motives.

What do you think Changelly scammers will say? Changelly, Changenow and Atomic Swaps are all part of the same group of scammers.

Think about it, 110 BCH (which was around 11 BTC at the time of the exchange) has been held by these scammers for several months. They selectively scam users.

I hope other users will be proactive too just to help expose the scammers. In the end if it saved you from losing your investment in a scam project then at least it worked for you

I think it's logical he's first trying to sort out his own affair - maybe if he gets his money back or lose all faith of that happening he'll become scam hunter and start doing what you're suggesting. But when there is still chance of getting his back he's focused on that, there is nothing strange in such behaviour.

Probably. But OP's post is enough. I thought the exchange was actually very legit that it had promoted itself on the big cryptosites like coinmarketcap. They even have a buy button there going to changelly. Its just interesting to see that no one had investigate them thoroughly like OP did.

I never thought about that before. At the time of the scam the OP has 100 BCH valued around 11 Bitcoin, I wonder how much that 100 BCH would have been worth in Bitcoin a couple of days ago. I am fairly sure the Op would have been at a loss and these scammers at Changelly, Changenow and Atomic Swaps would have made free money in the interim!

Find their real location and start sueing them there.

Based on their website they require KYC (don't know if it was in the past too ,you would need to check in archive) but what i can tell from reading their terms is that their terms are no binding to you since they provide no company name or adress in their terms.It means there is no partner to make a binding contract with which leads that the terms are useless / not being executed.


Am of course no lawyer and not giving any advice on law but i'm  pretty sure i'm right on this.

Bittrex had a similar issue freezing accounts without having in their terms which they changed afterwards but i know for a fact some people hired a lawyer and got quickly their funds back.


If you are sure they are located in St.Petersburg send to them some people to make a visit and take pictures to expose them....

I highly doubt this is matching Maltas terms in any possible way and more important based on their terms they don't allow you to open a class action,represetative action or class arbitration !!!!!! but only a arbitration in HK .

This is clearly a function to avoid legal punishment and to catch anyone wanting to open a lawsuite in HK arbitrage knowing they would lose their cases in other jurisdictions and could have serious trouble because of that.

Its clearly designed to protect their asses against people who got scammed

AFAIK such rules in their terms are irrelevant, you can sue them wherever they conduct business and you can surely sue them in place where they're psychically located (PO box/ virtual office doesn't count as psychical location). Such rules are put in T&Cs to scare people away from suing.

It has been great helping sustain pressure on the Changelly, Changenow and Atomic Swaps group of scamming thieves. The OP got his funds back and was generous enough to part with a huge chunk of it to various people throughout the threads that helped him or made positive posts for him.

Nobody asked to receive anything, the OP is a very generous man and made payments to users to say thanks.

In the end we owe him gratitude because thanks to him we have got solid evidence that Changelly, Changenow and Atomic Swaps are part of the same group of companies operated by the same people that selectively scam people by throwing the KYC card when it suits them.

I am done with this thread, time to UNWATCH but wish you all keep your crypto safe and do not use Atomic Swaps, Changenow or Changelly. Uninstall Atomic Swaps if you have that software on your device.
