The start of a bull run?

The market had shown a lot of sign of another bull-run recently, but each time it is about to break, it fails. So, I think it is difficult to tell if it will start another bull market or not. Yeah, the XRP taking over 2nd rank is simply temporary and XRP is just centralized coin created by another bankster I wonder
