Really sometimes these things make many people frustrate because every company will promises this that blah blah blah before ICO but after collecting money they won't even bother about the community and this makes many investors lose their hopes on the prominent ICO's.

You're right about this. The company did promise to compensate the community for participating in promoting the project and even issued the dates when this promise will be executed. Come said date, they vanished into thin air. Definitely worth of a scam accusation

How do you know that now the team is partying and spending investor money is what you say really true? And if it's true of course participants will be disappointed with the team because they also expect more from the team
