Remember interests are given on locked deposits only, i.e. not on normal balance.
How to lock deposit ?

It is written on the first page as Time-Lock Deposits.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

If the proposed system is not PoS, then how and by whom will the emission of new coins be controlled? Are these coins from the fund or will they appear through specific "minting"? Can you give a link to the place in the code that describes this moment?
