But nowadays we can't deny that ICO investors are decreases because most of the project are getting scam.

People are afraid of investing the ICOs, because they do not feel protected. I will never pay for something without being sure about safety of transaction. Investments are risky, but opportunity to gift your money to fake teams without ability to get them back makes me afraid of ICOs.

but I see, there are also some projects that don't hold bounty campaigns but only do advertisements on some sites that they feel are their targets. and it turns out there are some of them who succeed without doing a bounty campaign. I do not trust advertisments and most of people may share my point of view. When I google something and there is only advertisment on top without any correlation with search results, I consider the project as fake. It may be strange, but it works in most cases.

Bounties may work if you check every participant. Among participants there may be a lot of people who unite and follow each other on social networks just ot increase the income from bounty. In this case, you may just burn all reward, because it has no marketing effect.

bounty program has give huge positive impact to promote ICO and spread the word about the project among others, but it has to be managed for more effectiveness, we can find many ICO with huge number of bounty participant with a large community but still not reach even softcap. i think the most effective program could be referral program, we can put a bigger allocation for this program, and then short duration video and joyful article that explain the point of project.
