this is good if the coin is pegged to the dollar because many people don't trust the rate of the cryptographic coin due to the huge jumps up and down

As far as I understood you borrow usd amount, so you will have to return funds in usd equivalent . What for crypto downtrend , it is important to increase your collateral,because such projects are backed by crypto.

Is your token supposed to be security? I am asking because company sharing dividends should be registered as a security token
