I would not hope for a partner. Project Victorieum must independently release its product. And then he will dictate the conditions to market players and choose his partners.

Yes you are right, firstly they need to finish the ICO succesfully and after that make some partnerships.

Why do you think so? To my mind right now is a perfect time to launch any product,because when eth and btc rate will be pumped, crypto collected by ICO will grow as well and it will be easier to achieve hard cap
