What you practice depends on what you hold. Eg: if i have a good altcoin but undervalued to - 100 or more, I rather accumulate more and hold. Then I wait for its moon turn because every good coin always have its moment (especially new altcoins).
But if i have btc or eth, I simply convert to USDT especially now that more dump is expected

You have to hold your coins in right time and you have to sell your coins in right time or you can buy some btc and come to crypto again in 5 years.
