Usualy peoples fake only the paper version of documents. They do not fake the computer registers.

Forging computer registers is much more difficult than to prepare fake diplomas. Therefore, no one will change the computer database. Petty crooks will not be able to do this, and hackers are not interested.

I also think that nobody will falsify the computer register of the application of this project, because the database will be created on the blockchain. Therefore, it will be very problematic to copy and redo it in its own way.

Yes, this is the essence of the project. If data is not entered into the database at the school level (in collusion), all information from such a database can be considered reliable (backdating is not possible, as it's blockchain).
