This is wise decision by the team since we are in a bear period and doing an ICO these days could yield unfortunate results and could force a project to pack up and discontinue just like the others.

how long will ITO TrustED be postponed? I think the market will improve early next year. because the long delay is not good to project, so I hope Trusted ITO delay isn't too long.

What is certain is that all of them also hope that, hopefully, at the beginning of the next year the market will be able to improve again, and most importantly, for now, we better follow the development

Well, just like the case of other project's postponing their ICO, they've stated that they will continue its development which could be ideal in that sense in order not to lose its momentum.

They have no other choice but to continue to develop the project since it will be a great lose if they will abandon this considering all the efforts and hard work that has already been done.  And sooner or later somebody will develop a similar project like this if this becomes non existent.

But, unfortunately, nobody knows when the market reversal to the top will begin. We can only assume, although now the market looks more prosperous, than for many months that are behind.

Yes, obviously it is. They want to get to a more prosperous time in the market. And this is logical, it can be understood. All this is still somewhere in the initial form. And indeed, many factors can influence this. And for this we see teams of enthusiasts who must take into account these numerous factors of influence. And the stronger and more experienced the team, the easier it is to manage them.
And of course, we can give them a little time. BUT they should understand that the discredit of the community is unpredictable. If competitors prove more agile, the community will flow in that direction, like water.

Regarding that, I think only the team can answer and I am sure the team must also have a reason not to tell the future plans to the community, but even so we must respect the team's decisions
