Future of ETH?

There is still a chance for ETH to go up high if Vitalik would just do something else to make the network work good. Its too congested and transaction fee is getting huge too. There are several problems about it including the number of mining pools that makes it centralized. He needs to do something or it will be left behind soon.  Price may dip once again, who's going to buy a dying coin so I guess the tokens using ETHEREUM platform will be moving somewhere else too.

It's been a long time since Ethereum is performing below it's standards as we all remember even when the value of bitcoin dripped ridiculously still the value of ethereum was good but now from past 3 months wherein ethereum is struggling to survive. Will it reach $1000 market before this year end ?

I don't think that ethereum can reach $1000 before this year end as this currency has still stagnant at lower price after the downfall. Maybe by next year once the bitcoin will make a bull run then this ethereum can be rise together with those altcoins.

The value started dumping from when there was a correction announced internally. I remember yes and the team said for few months the value would be travelling with low value but can expect a growth later. I have been noticing the team enlarging small contracts to increase the value of Ether combining more altcoins. As there are only three months, I do not assure you of 780% growth to reach $1000. I say ETH value will be around $350 t $450 by end of December 2019.

I must say in the technological space, there is always that thing with a first movers advantage which is what I believe has really helped Ethereum to this stage, because from all indications, NEO seems to even be a better smart contract platform than ETH, but there is just that thing with the supporters still believing that as long as it is the first and the devs try as much as possible not to lag behind, the chances of seeing it bloom is still there.

I like Ethereum, no doubt about that, but at the same time, I feel the devs still have a lot of work to do, and not stay in their comfort zone, or else, they may lose that position.

You are right, we can see from the fall experienced by ethereum and I think this is accidental or market impact, but its fall is influenced by ethereum itself and this may be a failure. If the developer does not take this problem seriously or does not respond well and fix it again, then I cannot imagine ethereum's future.

Now there are many smart contract platforms available and if ethereum doesn't improve, then ethereum won't be able to win this competition and competitors are ready to take over the ethereum market.

What happened to eth this year was devastating, it dropped so low and it's unbelievable. Last year eth surprised us and we won't know until this year ends too. Eth is next to btc and most of the ico's platform are based on eth's platform, I still believe that eth will reach $1000 by the end of this year.

ICOs are dead.Besides the ICO token environment,ethereum can't provide anything valuable to the crypto world.It's turning into a useless altcoin.I used to like the ethereum consept,but now,ETH looks too "centralized" and with too many flaws to me.

In Altcoin I love only Ethereum and Ripple, because these two are the biggest coins in Altcoin. Ethereum is the top in Altcoin and the market cap is also very big. I think it is going to keep what its doing, the problem with eth is that the amount of people who are selling their ETH will never got low because in the end when you create an ICO on eth blockchain people are sending their ETH to the ICO owner and they are getting whatever token or coin it is.

In return that ICO owner sells his ethereum whenever he needs to pay something and gets money back for stuff he needs to pay. Which means eth has a vicious circle of sellers and buyers, people buy to pay for ICO and ICO owners sell to pay for stuff. As soon as people start to not buy for ICO and the ICO owners of the old kept on selling it became very low valued.
