bitcoin is a crypto currency and paypal is an e wallet service provider and payment provider.
both are different but paypal can use bitcoin in future.

It is true that bitcoin is popular and more people are adopting to it but still, paypal as a way of payment online I believe cannot be replaced by bitcoin. First not all have visa credit card so they use paypal second not all have bitcoins so still paypal is an option. I do not think so, one of reasons people love paypal has to do with the ability to get some buyers protection, that way if the product that you ordered is not what you were expecting you can get your money back and as we know unless you are using an escrow this is not possible to do with cryptocurrencies, so if people used crypto instead of paypal there will be millions of scams.
