I think its all in the mind, if your mind tells you this that your're exhausted or tired and you believe then you feel that way. You need to physically active, I advice you to get your body moving constantly, even if your at your desk working. You need to get up from time to time to some stretching. When the body is active the mind will follow and you don't feel tired. And also drink some vitamins regularly.

Did anyone have such a thing that you constantly feel tired, do not want to do anything? I always have this. I do not know what to do. My health is fine, i think. Who has ideas?
If you feel tired , just rest , make yourself comfortable , unwind a little while do not think of negative , just make yourself relax and your mind so that you will not feel any bad vibes in your self. Go out with friends or with family just to make yourself comfortable and your mind in a relaxing way it could be.

It seems to me that the problem is that you do not see the reasons why you would like to do something.
You need to motivate yourself every day.
The problem is motivation is not enough if you don't actually start doing something. I've thought the same things as you before, and I've been watching motivational videos everyday but unfortunately they only get you pumped for 5 minutes and then it's all gone.
Motivational videos are all nonsense and they will not help. I meant that you yourself should come up with a motivator who should make you work.
For example, to quit smoking, a person should motivate himself, why he should do it, and not watch a video about the dangers of smoking.

when I feel tired, the only thing that helps me is to grab my bum out of my comfortable bed and start to do no-matter-what-thing. no matter what kind of activity you are going to do, just do it. simply get outta your apartment and do walk around your street for 15 minutes, go to the market and buy coffee. you don't need to do anything complex. all you need is oxygen and warm up your body for further activity. and then your mind will be ready for something more than this.
tl;dr: brick by brick, no monumental goals, start something and do the progress (no matter how much time it would take)
p.s: stop giving up. you can do it Smiley

I work a lot because of my demanding job and often feel tired.
When I really feel tired I try to relax by doing things I like like watching nice movies on TV, walking outside, reading interesting books etc.
Any change is good if you feel comfortable and relax.

Treat fatigue by comfort, go out for a vacation and so young,Make a change in lifestyle and exercise permanently, which improves overall feeling.
Sometimes, knowing that all the tests are healthy and that the person is healthy, is sufficient to calm down and remove the feeling of undue fatigue.

Maybe its mind over body mate you should set your mind to what is necessary,example focus your mind in healthy foods and healthy actions just like having some routine for exercise and joining a group of people that has healthy living and those are the chances for you to take that tiring life

Called depression or other mental health issue. Go see a doctor.
Doctor for tired! I think op just need to be serious with life and know that nobody wants to do something but we create habits of doing those things that we really want to do.  I will said op should see the need of doing something because of how important it is to him and that will bring motivation.

Spare some time for yourself to relax, don't stress too much and feel the liberty of finding some ways to lessen your tiredness, you can go and play some sports games like basketball to exercise your muscles, making yourself busy will lessen that issue inside your minds OP, take some activities and try to keep yourself busy.

I think you need to go to the gym or jogging. If you feel depressive, you need to see a doctor. It can be a real illness. Of course, we are not children to have a lot of energy, but your condition isn't good too.

Maybe that's not being tired, that's a sign of being a lazy one. LOL. I always like this, I don't want to do anything, I just want to rest because I am always thinking that I am tired even I am not. I do many things at home but I am not actually tired. I am one of those who makes excuses to make some rest. LOL.

Few past day ago i also feel like this i thought it must be diet issue or work tension, and i was not able to do anything because i get tired of doing any thing,always get on the bed to sleep then i started morning walk and i take rich iron foods and drink a lot of water. Now i see in my self that i am active and not get tired at all.

if you only think that your health is fine you should get your blood work done by a doctor
A healthy diet and enough exercise is also elementary for keeping your body and mind in shape!

there are a lot of factors that could attribute to your tiredness , like i've told the OP you should get your blood work done!
Don't just take vitamins without telling your doc about it some of those could be harmful according to some studies
If nothing else works try modafinil as the ultima ratio

Vitamins are not going to help you become more productive because they are just a stimulant to what you really need to do. A healthy diet and at least 8 hours of sleep along with a positive mindset everyday will help you boost your productivity and become more active. One more important thing is to have goals so that you feel motivated to do some work everyday towards them.
