I have got excited about mail order quality meat before, only to find that shipping exceeds $50 and everything arrives frozen. I know you specified dry ice shipping, but is the met frozen under the dry ice, or more refrigerated on top of it?

Are you able to cut porterhouse steaks? I'm would be interested in up to 2 porterhouses, 2 ribeye, and 2lbs of ground.

I don't believe that fresh beef could be safely shipped long distances.  Also, it would only be available at certain specific times.  I don't think that the expectation would be realistic.  In this case I can confirm that my previous order was frozen packages.  It is very good nonetheless, and well worth a try.

Yes , I have teriyaki jerky 3.5 oz for BTC equivalent of 8 USD. Shipping for jerky is usually 2 USD.  For one packet . Obviously less for increased amounts.

I have not done porterhouse cuts before. I can order from the butcher but unfortunately that requires a lead time that is usually 2 to 6 weeks. If you are sure you want some, let me know how many and I will figure a price and with my next steer get these cuts.

I have had inquiries for selling fresh, never frozen beef before. The biggest problems have to do with storing the meat safely awaiting sale and then safely shipping it. So, as do now, I am only able to ship frozen meat.
