LTC or ETH, what good to own now??

come on, these two coins are very different how we can compare them. litecoin and ethereum are good but they have different functions. we can't choose which one is good. so I suggest choosing both.

but when viewed from yesterday's increase, litecoin is far superior. ethereum rose only 10-20% yesterday. but litecoin can reach 50%. this is what might distinguish these two coins.

Both coins are in good position. Both coins are good to invest to. Why not investing on both coins? If you have let's say a 200 dollars, half that amount goes to ETH and half will be at LTC.

Winklevoss Twins' Gemini Crypto Exchange Gets Regulatory Green Light for Litecoin Trading

U.S.-based cryptocurrency exchange Gemini, owned by the Winklevoss twins, has sealed regulatory approval to add Litecoin (LTC) custody and trading. The news comes from an official Medium blog post published Friday, Oct. 12.

Gemini’s vice president of engineering, Eric Winer, informs Gemini traders that they can begin depositing Litecoin into their exchange accounts as of 9:30 am EDT Saturday, Oct. 13. Litecoin trading will reportedly go live Tuesday, October 16th at 9:30 am EDT.

The coin is set to be the fourth crypto supported on the platform, alongside Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Zcash (ZEC). Consequently, LTC trading pairs will be available against all three cryptos, as well as against the U.S. dollar.

Winer’s post underscores Gemini’s thoroughgoing “banking compliance and fiduciary obligations” under oversight from the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS). It notes that Litecoin trading support comes as the result of close cooperation with the watchdog, and that the exchange continues to expand with a “security-first” approach.

Today is the perfect time for a good purchase of good cryptocurrencies. For me, Ethereum and LTC are now becoming such examples. Approximately 80% of my investments I now invest in the purchase of Ethereum, 10% - in Bitcoin, and another 10% - in LTC. I believe that after the market situation improves, they will go up next year.

Actually both are good and good to trade. But after seeing the difference in market conditions. More stable Eth than LTC. Judging by the market increase, the ETH is bigger than LTC. So personally I prefer and trade with ETH now. personally, I certainly chose ETH. even today, I have more ETH than other coins. well, I believe that ETH will be a promising coin in the future. LTC is indeed very good, but I think ETH is still far better than that for now.

i dont know why you guys think that eth is better than ltc because what i know is that ltc is more better because ltc is more faster and has a cheap value . thats simply means i can buy more ltc wheather its for investment of for buying and paying purposes   . cheap doesnt mean that it cannot pump . sure ltc can also pump because ltc is on the top list  . ltc is a top coin that will always get alot of demand from the public  .

Well, certianly it depends on what you want or what you are after. To be frank or rather in my own opinion, ETH has more potential than LTC, at least in this space, ETH has proven itself worthy by ensuring upcoming projects can launch successfully first before moving to their blockchain if there is need for it.

They both are very potential project. But the problem is they are very different from each other technically. I know gemini is a big platform and it will grow bigger but any coins potential not only depends on a part of market it depends on how the project works. Ethereum is a platform based token and at this moment ethereum is most popular and most used platform. In other hand Litecoin is a payment portal based token and recently they announced privacy update. And they both affected in bearish market. And when bull run will come they both have the great potential to give good amount of profit, also in long run.

Agree with you mate, holding Ethereum still remain the best option to me than Litecoin. Ethereum has a very clear project, and the product behind the project look good for investment, so, i will choose to hold Ethereum than Litecoin. personally this year will be the moment for litecoin.if we look at litecoins few weeks ago ,it move from $27 and now hit around $90 .this is the most impressive altcoin besided binance token.moreover in august litecoin will halving.

Those are the most important coins for your portfolio, because every investor holds at least 60 percent of all investment in major crypto currencies like LTC, ETH, BTC or something else. It is a good idea to have all of them in your portfolio.

Perhaps most people will also focus eth, instead of ltc because even though litecoin has a very long history and exists over time but its expressions do not seem too convincing to the community, many times litecoin is hardly mentioned in the market, does not create any outstanding signals. While eth may fall to the bottom but its recovery and continuous recovery is really a convincing thing, eth always knows how to make an impression on people, and that is probably why it is more appreciated than litecoin
