There will be some price action,  we will see bounces on prices but for short term only. The bearish market will continue and there will be steady increase  in price of cryptocurrency in 2019!

I do not think that there would be enough price action to please the investors and the market will not recover soon. However the next year might possible give a slight signal to the rise again.

While a recovery in the next year is going to be convenient it does not seem that likely either, there are many bad news in the market and people do not want to get in the market when its volatility is so high, so it is likely the bear market will last longer than what many users in the forum predicted, but even if I do not believe in a recovery happening in the next year I will be grateful if that happened.

I'd bet that there would be a small recovery but I am not expecting of a bullrun. But since it is already a given fact that the market is way unpredictable, we should focus more on being patient than having plans at times like this to aim for investments on cryptos having potential because no matter how big the potential is, risk is present since not all crypto would be able to withstand the downtrend once recovery occur someday.

In the price year when the price started to increase then it not took more than a week to double up and after that in the next week we saw the price reaching to $20000 so it may happen in the price of Bitcoin again so we can say that it may be better again.

Whales have been accumulating coins for some time but they stop from time to time to see if the price of cryptocurrencies keeps going down, that is why it may seem like we reach the bottom and then the price goes down again, when they finally see the market does not go any lower then they will begin to buy knowing full well that they will not lose any money by buying at that moment.

Trading volume on top coins remains high. Last tax loss day for US is Dec 27 so that may keep some selling pressure and keep prices low. Hope to see some nice bounce in January.
