It’s decentralized but within being decentralized there is a central body. I think we all control the market, just as well as whales do the controlling better.

I think only the whales can control whole crypto market . Beside activites of stock market is also affect to crypto market as well. When the whales know a big pump is coming so they'll try to dump everything although they're BTC and ETH to collect big amount of good cryptocurrencies with low price before big pump arrived.
