it depends on the tokens you have. maybe many of the 30-50 tokens you have came from a scam bounty so don't expect it to get listed because they are useless.

 If you have participate the bounty for more than a year and you have not earned more than 1000 $ , feel sorry for you, you are less fortunate, or you participate in many bounty without filtering for quality projects.

Obviously bounty profitable but when you can strong project bounty.So obviously choose strong project before join the bounty.If you do strong project bounty than obviously you will be profitable.So before join the bounty analysis the project perfectly.

It depends a lot from the project you are going to promote and you also need a lot of patience. I promoted the SilentNotary ICO here and received 50 millions SNTR, held them for more than 6 months until they got listed on IDEX. I cashed out around 3000/4000 € from them this summer and still holding some 15 millions token....

Yes it is profitable. How can you call it bounty if its not profitable. And your profit is dependent on your work. If you expect a good profit well you must do your part too because you can't have a good profit if you will do nothing. Your profit will be dependent on how you want to earn. You must persevere too.

The way is simple. Increase the quality of the work you do. Let's say we all know how the project is rated by category. Increase the number of subscribers. Improve the quality of the material. I think in two you can increase the income. Of course, another question if you have it all on top. Then you should choose more profitable projects.

Yes bounty is still profitable, I have participated in a lot of bounty programmes and it depends on a project that is holding this bounty. I had campaigns where I have earned 20 bucks within 3 months or 10 ETH for two articles.

It's a lot of tokens you have, and you need to wait for every token increase so you can sell it and make a profit. It's not ridiculous because the tokens market is not increasing higher and many of that tokens don't have a price. I have some tokens too, and if I check on my wallet, my tokens are worth for less than $10 because the token does not reach the target price. But I am sure that if the crypto market can rise higher, all of the tokens will increase too and in that time, we can back to make a big profit again.
