You may be right. the poor management of team will really influence the projects. It may influence how they make the concept that is promising and interesting for the investors. One more, interesting and promising projects for the future have very big influence to attract more investors. Additionally, they may be lack of gaining the community through the social media, including how they promote.

A lot of projects fail because they don't offer anything more than what is already on the market. There are many ICOs these days so each project needs to stand out in order to attract investors. KYC requirements also cause them to fail as it reduces the number of interested investors

You're correct... many projects were dead due to mismanage by the team behind but I think those projects were created just to take money from their investors. ICOs is the easiest way to lure money from investors as those scammers can hide their identity as we have no laws in crypto to put them in jail.

I would like to add also lack of marketing strategies which makes their crowd funding fail or in short ICOs fail. With lack of marketing investors or their target market are not being reached. Another thing to consider is lack of good management, even though they had a great ICO if the people running the company is not making enough hype investors cut loss with them.

TThere is many factor when one project is dead and one of them is market conditions. For last few monthsarket condition is really bad. So investors are not giving that much funding to company's. When market will go big again the whole system will be refresh. And now the main thing yes lack of experience and motivation failed a project. The team of every project plays an important role in the determination of the success of the coin on the market. However, the success of a coin is largely due to how strong and supportive its community is. A coin can present a good product and idea yet struggle to meets its market expectations. With so many crypto projects sprouting nowadays I have noticed that most of it does not have qualities and standard that must be ideal for investors to support it. Team members are lacking experience as well. Unfortunately those legit and very good projects tend to get affected by those insincere and fly by nights projects and it makes the entire crypto world suffer.

I think cryptocurrency does not need to have as much coin as it is today. Just very few useful coins are enough. Most of the projects are for investors, not as a means of payment.
