I agree, usually after collecting money, many projects stop working on a project, and only create the appearance of such work.

1. Not have a good idea and project
2. Team give up with their project
3. Not hit a softcap and getting a low fund

This is one of the big problems that is affecting the current ICOs because previous projects are not leaving up to expectation so many investors have lost a lot of their money in dead projects permit me to use your term. The projects that are trying to raise money now are really struggling because of the bad experiences that most investors have gone through with some of these non-innovative projects.some of those tokens have zero trade volumes in all the exchanges that they are listed and some are even delisted from major exchanges.

Based on the title of this thread, "why many projects are dead"? I'm my opinion, yes you're right nowadays project becomes dead and i think because of the market situation, and that cause investors doubt to invest their money.

All projects are created for profit purposes. Besides, the consciousness of the members of the project is an important part of developing it. Knowledge and experience play an important role in the project.

I see a lot of projects being created for the purpose of "fomo". Then it will die and the founders continue to develop another project. It repeats and their purpose is "money." It's disappointing to talk about them

Most projects are dead because of poor management by the team members because they lack the expertise in crypto and failed to seek for counsel from experts. Also, projects with no backing product or tangible ideology behind is likely to go down the drain as it will lose the interest of potential investors.

Poor managenement and poor projects. You dont have to try everything on blockchain. I see lots of riddiculus ico projects that doesnt need any blockchain development. You can do that pr9ject just with a single server but they say they will build a chain for it.

I think there are many different types of reasons failed to any projects. the main reason responsible unexperienced team who could not clearly about projects. other, investment is not arrange regularly in the longer project etc.

Because the ICO creates products that are not close to human life or are not so popular in life, and therefore do not share the common good, the project often goes down and leads to failure. We should be an investor before making a decision to invest in an ICO project.

They may lack of expertise but if they really have no intention to work on that project that will be dead for sure.

Many projects doesn't really have a back up and real use case but they are working on its development. I guess having an active devs would help most of these project to remain kicking but as long as they are losing interest to it and no more noise about it, expect its fall.

Many project are not really dead, they only seems to be dead because of the bear market, also most of them have not been noticed so they find it difficult to scale through, but for sure some will rise.
