Absolutely, now many investors have afraid on ICO investments, due to the many scams has happened in ICO's. And this is not good things, which creates a Bad impact on ICO's image. We should have to find more ways to stops all this scams and frauds.

many projects only make ico and don't have a good foundation, the team only thinks of profit and cannot work optimally. so this is something that is detrimental to many people. but if the project dies this is a good thing because the failed project can be reduced.
