Many of us are hoping to see a bullish market this last quarter so let's see if it would happen again in order to at least gain some good amount of profits.

Waiting for takeoff. But I will to take attention on a new hardwork Ethereum.
 
What will can change?

Ethereum had planned to release its Constantinople upgrade to the testnet near time.
Soon there will be a conference Devcon4. it remains quite a bit to wait. The ether has, in fact, two ways: either "vegetating" in the corridor of $150-400, or a rocket that will take off at the beginning of 2019.
Its size will directly depend on the upcoming fork and how it will be perceived by the community.

Perhaps you are right, and this long-term correction can really benefit cryptocurrency and slightly change the market of ICO projects, because at the end of 2017 cryptocurrency gained great popularity and many people came here for the sake of earning money through speculation. In early 2018, the market began to fall sharply and almost the entire year holds its position. We are currently seeing more stability than volatility. But this does not mean that the market is collapsing. This year there was a great progress in the field of cryptocurrencies.

Agree always think positive in crypto, and i think there is no need to correct the dump happen due to decreasing of volume of investors and i am sure that sooner those investors will come back and the volume of demand will start to increase again and again.

Not sure that only 2018 is the year of correction, I believe that 2019 will be the same year of correction. I repeat, this is my opinion! There will be a wobble in the 5000 - 10000 $ range. But if the SEC will accept Bitcoin - ETF, then it is possible in this case, the growth of Bitcoin to $ 20,000.

I think that was right. Last year, we are really amazed on how the price goes well that we intently focus on achieving more than what we can by purchasing more and expecting more to regain which is practically a right manner but the essence on why does crypto exists was almost gone and many people are just focusing on the goods that they can get from here. Now that this challenge has come, we can see the tough ones that remains loyal into the crypto community in a sense that despite of what is happening, they still hold into their assets while those who just come because of what they have heard the possible benefits they can gain, are continuously being eliminated leaving those people that are strongly believing that on the upcoming year, we will experience a sudden fruit of our patience holding into this.

Price correction would always be there and its no surprise that we would experience such thing specially when we see ATH or booming prices on last years 2017 and come to think that not all the times we are just seeing price increase. For now we have to deal with the current market condition but sad to say for those people who invested on peak prices because they are the ones who do really suffer with this correction.

I think it was just an speculation no one can tell what is happening right now if it is a correction or not or a big impact in the society before year end no one know so we must just sit and relax, a 2017 is a big bubble that happen so we must just stay put what is the mysterious behind the market right now.

I think bitcoin was overvalued in 2017. Now, this year, many investors who loss their fund because the correction. But it isn't meant that bitcoin is end, actually people still have interest to bitcoin. Also we have to remember that bitcoin is volatile because of the low liquidity so when "whale" / big investors invest their money in bitcoin then the price can be pump because other people will also look for chance.

This year as the most correction happen in crypto that the price has drops further. Eventhough it so happen this year many users has the confidence about the price of crypto that it can recover. Let us see where it will heading this year ends.

yes, 2018 is indeed the year when the price of bitcoin has weakened and it is true if investors have been investing since 2017, of course, they are now experiencing a lot of losses but maybe this year Bitcoin is looking for the right price for the coins because I observed in 2018 this Bitcoin price rises and falls at the price of 90 million, is it possible this is the standard price of Bitcoin? hopefully, next year the price of Bitcoin will be even better than this year.

Price declines have an impact on other altcoins, waiting for prices to grow maybe at the end of this month but it won't be like 2017, we have to wait for a surprise at the end of this year.

Yes, 2018 is the biggest correction so far because every coin is making a down movement and many of the coins are down too deep. But I don't think that the coins cannot increase because for the strong coins, the price will be back to the higher price and even the price will break every wall that we see on the market. You are right, but there are still possibility of pumping soon, we just need to have more new big investors and more new big good news to come and the hype will start again.

This year was definitely a year of corrections, however while we can imagine what the price may be in the future you must understand the current price is always right, that is what millions of people all over the world have agreed as the current price of bitcoin so that is its real value and there is no point discussing what it should be, but we can discuss at what price bitcoin may trade in the future.

correction in the crypto market is a very natural thing to happen so that crypto coins that are in the market can continue to rotate in value. because if the value of the crypto-coin is not corrected and the value is increasing. of course, it will have a very bad impact on market turnover.

Yes, the bubble in 2017 had to be corrected and balanced out for Bitcoiners to make some profits in 2019. Even the stock markets has to go through some correction phase, now and again. I think we have reached the bottom end of the correction phase and we are going to get into a Bull market soon.

I hope Bakkt will be the trigger for the Bull market and it will push us back to a even higher ATH in 2019. 

Yes! This year might be the correction phase. Let us wait for 2019 to be a profitable year of cryptocurrency. All people are awaiting for a boom in 2018, even I. I admit that I desire to be successful in just a short period of time and now, I am disappointed to the result cause till now, I did not get large amount of tokens. But then, I want to fulfill my dreams so I will continue.
