Well I guess it is the IP of his friend, grandmother, or whoever else. The only explanation or proof needed to prove this is held within the intricacies of TCP/IP, your time would better be spent learning about this than seeking legal action against anyone.

I gave you a fair warning and chance to remove it.
Calling it extort to demand to remove your false abuse calling me a scammer,fraud and criminal is funny.

Actually the insurance demands a letter from the legal company which will represents me that they regard my case/claim legit.
Since they told me the facts are very clear in that particular case there will be no issue to write such a letter.
