I usually go for a ran, dance, play relaxing music or spend time in nature, such as park or beach and drink some orange juice - vitamin C reduces anxiety

When I have stress, I try to keep calm. I convince myself that this will soon pass and you do not need to get hung up. Stress is all just increased voltage

I either go out for a run, or I simply lounge and watch movies.

Go to the gym, yoga, deep breathing, play piano, read, go for a walk. Hard to be stressed after doing any of these things.

Also reduce coffee if you're stressed it makes your body produce adrenaline and cortisol which are stress hormones.

Sleep, eat stuff you like (junk food), get away from the computer (no games, no youtube or social media (in my case this is entertaining but gives me more stress at the end of the day)), play a sport or something that requires physical activity, walk, go to a river, there are many things you can do.

Do a minor climb or just simply go for a drive away from negativity.

My number one stress reliever is my son. Everytime I get to play with him and just see him smile surely makes my day!

I just eat some tasty food or meet with my closest friends! Also, you can buy tickets and go somewhere, travelling helps a lot to forget bad things and relax.

Read books while eating ice cream, try my best to finish off whatever is making me stress, take a walk outside. And most of all, I meet my friends and we go and eat out. Sometimes I go to the cinema.
