These three elements are ICO considerations that can achieve success. I look for projects every time I have to see a Team and a Developer who of course has to be experienced. The community must have a very wide network. We can read it through a website, and we have to learn it. So the three elements are very important.

Why find out who makes a greater contribution to the development of the project, if it is important for its success and each link. Remove one of the links and the meaning of the rest will disappear. Any project should unite people around it, and what contribution they make to its success is not important, it is important that they can achieve this only together.

There is none that is not important, except we want to be biased. A project is not going to succeed without any of these three. It is like saying that the whole body can exist without the head and that the head can exist without the body. This cannot happened. Therefore, every part should be reckoned with else, it might result into a shamble. So many projects with good records have followed this path and have something worthwhile to tell.

In fact, all of the above is of great importance for the work and development of the project. To be successful, a project requires all these things. None can walk alone without assistance from other parties. Developer, team and community need to work together in accordance with their fields so that the project can survive and get a warm welcome from the public.

The question is like asking which is most important on a plant? the root, leave and stem. They all serve there purpose to make a tree stand. some at every developmental stages of a project. a Developer doesnt need to be able reading code ...
he need to know  when the bill has to be paid
and which persons from his team does which job.

thats all.

sure, isnt wrong iif he atleast know and can roughly
imagine what the ppl  are working on ..


but normaly hired a boss ppl with special skills
to reduce his own workload and had time
to focus on more importend things ^^

All is important for growth the project. With good and solid community, project can run because the team dont have a fund to build good product and development team is important too because they build good and working product for customer. I am believe community, team and developers is same important

That's right, everything is important because each of them help the project in some way to grow. The developer build the project, the team manages it and promotes it to the world while the community is active and shares it even further to their friends in order to become more popular.

For me, all of them is important for the project.
But today, the most important thing is community. Don't you ever find a project which the team and developers are unknown but the community is really big and the value of their token is really high? It's totally community driven project. Same as Bitcoin which was, is, and will be always the most valuable curreny in the crypto space.

I don't think one is important than the other and its safe to say the trios are inseparable because they all go together to achieve the aim of the project. The community is as important as the developer and team because if the former doesn't exist what will the later work on or advertise and if the community doesn't exist who will consume the services of the former with the latter

From these 3 aspects, if one of them is unclear, it will destroy the project. To achieve success must work as well as possible and there is no cheating, especially developers who must be able to keep their promises. We need a strong and serious project, not only sweet promises but also proof.

If the product is unique and innovative I would say the project team is more important  as each good product will get a great supporter community. A big community without a great project is useless. Of course, community support is essential for the success of the project.
