i will have to disagree.. with the tutorials and youtube vids.. anyone can "develop" a new altcoin by cloning. what it comes to is the team and community. with out a team no one to do the leg work. without a community no one to use the coin.

Everyone is important and works together for the project. The developer is the master mind of the project, the team is the one who makes the project work, while the conmunity is the one keeping thw project alive. One cannot exist or will not last in the market without the other.

Thats a simple logic, no doubt all will pick the team who develop the project. No one will buy a coin which nothing to use here in crypto space. It cant be alive without mother/father that bring the coin at his future state. You cannot take any one of this and expect to come out with a good project, I have seen a project which has good potential in the market, but unfortunately, it fails to get funded and support, and I have seen a project get good support but unfortunately failed to deliver because the team and developer can't come out with competitive platform.

nowadays developers are hired  guns on upwork or peopleperhour.. trust me been hired.. but if the project is to be a success you will need a mix of honest and unscrupulous team members along with a large community that bought into the teams pitch

From these 3 aspects, if one of them is unclear, it will destroy the project. To achieve success must work as well as possible and there is no cheating, especially developers who must be able to keep their promises. We need a strong and serious project, not only sweet promises but also proof.

Definitely all these 3are the core of the project, if any on  these fail then everything will be bombard.
