Valid collateral is something which is valuable. Here valuable means can be sold at any time to recover the loan amount if you default. But in this case if you default the loan, this pool will have 0 value.

Only fool can take this type of risk. If you default or there is a chance of default then if you promise 20000000% interest that will be same. Same rank of you took 40$ loan and defaulted because it was without collateral. And the collateral you are offering same of without collateral as it has no value right now. So, if you don't have valid collateral then better to lock the thread otherwise there is a chance to get negative trust from DT.

... Or it might completely fail, so this is the reason that what you are looking is not a loan but an investment.

You are on Lending section and even after your received some good replies still you didn't understand how lending works here.

Better head to Project Development section and asked/seeked for collaboration or funding partners or early investors etc. or something along those lines. But you need to proved that your project is not a "sh*t".

Believed me you can't get a loan here for your offer. Obviously it's risky.
