In my opinion, they are thinking like that because they dont have the knowledge about our modern technologies today, most of the people who are criticizing cryptocurrency are those people who are old enough that they cannot understand how to operate a simple ipad, so they literally dont have a clue about the way our system is going.

Yes, the older  generation are unable to understand crypto and therefore they are not sure if it can be sustainable in the future. I think we should give proper understanding and knowledge to these people so that their interest in crypto can be developed and they can also use and earn good with crypto currencies.

Technically you can never face paper money per se as you can pay with your credit card - nowadays it`s accepted almost everywhere, even in the smallest stores. It`s amusing to think that in this case fiat is not different from Crypto - supported by nothing other than the government and without psychical form - tie Crypto to a credit card and most people will not notice the difference. I wonder how many people actually know how modern banking system that they use daily works, let alone blockchain and Crypto.

If crypto and fiat are both in digital for which doesn't mean both can do the same work because fiat money can be created fake by people but cryptos cannot be created and the transactions made from cryptos were irreversible but in fiat mode if the baks want they can take your money back.And most importantly crypto needs time for the confirmation of transactions but in fiat it will be instant.

This paper money has been around for hundreds of years, as a means of exchange and developed into a currency and has value. you're right this is an old-fashioned way, because this method was taken from the past, technological changes will definitely occur, but it takes a process, because the government is not likely to directly implement digital and virtual currency in their country, because of many things such as human resources who do not understand that

I don't. I mean it is the easiest method of carrying your money in your hands, it has been going on longer than you think. In roman times people would give papers that shows the amount owed to them. Say you give someone a whole farms products than he would give you a paper stating he owes you certain amount of coins. You could use that to purchase other stuff and get your money back and those people you gave the paper to can collect it from the initial buyer when the time comes.

Sort of like the cheque we have right now. That just evolved over time into banknotes printed by the governments and got this big. Bitcoin for example is just a digital asset that normally has no value AT ALL but we say it worths something and it does, normally all money you know are like that but at least most of it has a backing from a government, when you have 10 dollar banknote in your hand government says you own 10 dollars, in bitcoin there is nothing like that neither and we still find it valuable.

We are using paper money because our government has implemented it for many years. We used it for daily basis and no one can deny how important paper money world wide.

It is a system that has existed since ancient times and I am not wonders but Im think its reasonable why we use paper money. because at that time the technology did not support it. but nowadays the world is increasingly advanced and sophisticated. so I will increasingly believe that paper money will be less and digital currencies will be increasingly popular

But there is a big difference between banknotes and bitcoin was the value of bitcoin was actual just based on demand and supply but the value of dollar based on what,your current $100 is equal to $50 or less before a decade so the value keeps losing year by year that is the disadvantage of fiat.

We use paper as money because our Central banks said that those papers and coins are money. People used gold, silver and other stuff as money in the past. For something to be money, it is needed to be accepted by the people.

I have never questioned and questioned paper as money, because paper has been used globally and the whole world uses paper as money that might retain its historical value. for bitcoin I don't think it's money because bitcoin is a very valuable digital asset, even though it's only a digital asset but it's something that must be owned just like money that can be used to transact and also investment.

Don't stressed out your brain too much on how paper made out of thin air is commonly used nowadays.If you are really serious then try to make some research.
Sometimes being optimistic too much on a certain things will really put you on dumber state and presuming things that aren't really possible like talking bitcoin would replace or more worthy to be
used as a currency than fiat which is really impossible.

That's because paper currency are believed to have value and are also legitimate by the government, so paper currency can be used to buy all your needs. Not because of the paper, but because of the approval from the government and also a belief that it has value.

People are still using money including me because it's a human nature already and we can not just jump right into using crypto and leave fiat currency for so many reasons. One good reason there is that i can use fiat currency instantly when i buy food in restaurants or when i watch for movies. They are not just the paper but paper with a legal tender and the word of the government that it is the responsibility of the government to let you have anything legal commodity with the paper money provided the value of commodity matches what you are willing to pay.

banknotes are currently printed to create value in a country that is made of a monetary policy to provide a balance between the value of money and goods, but in it is formed already includes the politics of banks and politicians. the money they print does not have a substitute base such as gold and other noble logic which will later increase inflation in the community.
very different from cryptocurrency which has a supply and distribution that is clear and difficult to fake like banknotes.
in the future when people understand the superiority of crypto they will think again to use paper money

I just smile when some people boast of paper where they are easily damaged, torn, and for sure they are easily faked. whereas crypto will never be faked and won't break, that's all

I do not know what currency you use, but the American dollar is very lasting and practically not fake.In view of the very rapid development of all mankind and also new technologies over time, paper money will disappear by itself.And by far the cryptocurrency will replace fiat money.

Paper money is the best and fast in terms of mode of transaction, before digital technology was introduce on electronics transaction I believe that paper money is unbeatable but now that new technology was introduce as blockchain system then I think paper can be obsolete if the blockchain system develop a lightning speed of transaction.
