It depends if you really needed the money. There is no stopping you from selling but I would not recommend selling now since the bear market is still on going and it might stay for a long time. What I always tell my friends is not to invest with the money they needed, invest on the money you can afford to lose.

Eventually, it depends upon the situation of the market. If there's a profit when you doing a trade, just go for it. Likewise in holding.
But for me, I prefer for holding than to trade.

Now i think good strategy is buy valuble coins and hold coins till 2020.anyway short-term tradings are not goos with this bad marketing situation. Iam now hold 23 types altcoins till 2020.

These two options are equally good if you are confident in your knowledge and actions. You need to be able to feel the market, keep your finger on the pulse. You can simply keep the cryptocurrency in your wallet and wait for it to grow to sell more expensive. And you can start trading on the stock exchange - it will bring a much faster income.

We are trying to do both, trading a little bit and also growing long term bags for full potential form the next bull run. I wish we can earn more form day trading but it is not easy. My Wife has an arbitrage auto bot program she invested in and she is doing well with that and she also trades the tokens she earned from the robot to make more money,s o this is the only thing that has worked for us this year so far. Everything else has failed.

Of course i better choose To Hold but after holding it is good to trade also when the price will hit your target. Holding a coin that is owned when the price falls is the right decision to do because everyone certainly does not want to sell their coins cheaply they want a big profit. But, don't just hold and wait for the coin to recover and increase, keep observing market developments and do research whether the coin is possible to recover and increase or not and make a decision to determine your next step.

As for me I would really want to hold most of my tokens even if for long term, but my needs dictates me if I should sell those altcoins or not, most especially those tokens that already has value. But as soon as I sell my tokens I am ready to accept any future consequences it may have. Whats importance is that I know that the money I got from selling my tokens is helping me to provide for the needs of my kids. So I would not regret it in the future.

For a guy like me that is not good at trading I suggest that hold is the best for me, because sometimes I try to trade my holdings but it failed so many times and I lost so much of my profit so that now I keep holding. And now I'm trying to learn how to trade so that soon I will trade and will not lost any of my profit.

It will depend upon the coin and also the individual. It is better to just hold some top coins like Bitcoin while trading some less popular coins on pumps.

I agree, it is not the matter of holding tokens for so long. As what you have said observing and researching in the market is the most important thing to do. Decision making here is applied.

After January year 2018 market can not recover. For now I have to keep coins on long term. But there are also coins that can be traded and earned on the falling market.
